We can't thank Alla and Adoption Ark enough for leading us to our princess. Sophia Hope is our dream come true! We met our daughter on April 3rd, 2007 when she was 8 months old.
We were with another agency before we came to Adoption Ark and from the first time we spoke to Alla we knew we would be taken care of and that we would find our daughter. Alla was always in contact with us and treated us with respect and kindness even when we were very stressed out and needy during the months of waiting. Alla assured us that we would meet our daughter and that she knew what was in our hearts. She was right.
Adoption Ark is a very honest agency. They do not participate in the unethical practices that some other agencies do. They are up front about what to expect and how much money and time the adoption will entail. We did not spend one dime more then what we were told and did not stay one day longer then we expected. Although other agencies may advertise that they can get things done faster or hold a certain child for you, Adoption Ark follows the laws in Kazakhstan and are extremely respected. They have an excellent reputation in Kazakhstan. When we were in Karaganda, there were two other Adoption Ark families there and all of us where shown extremely healthy, adorable children.
There are always bumps in the road when you adopt internationally, but Alla was there for us every step of the way. While we were in country she was in close contact with us via e-mail and phone. Honestly, our process went soo smoothly. I believe firmly that we had such a good experience because we were told exactly what to expect and because of Adoption Ark's reputation in Kazakhstan.
We are so happy to finally be a family and could not have done it without Alla and Adoption Ark. I would recommend Adoption Ark to anyone. Thank you Adoption Ark.
