
Adopting Internationally

Two free seminars on “Adopting Internationally” will be offered beginning in February in the Tampa Bay area. These seminars will discuss options for expanding or starting a family through international adoption, and are open to those interested in adopting children internationally.
When: February 12, 2011 at 2:00 pm
Where: Scout Hall, located at 5315 28th Avenue South in Gulfport, between the Gulfport Historical Museum and the Gulfport Arts Center buildings.

When: February 24, 2011 at 6:00 pm
Where: The Warren Webster Building, located at 1500 Pass-A-Grille Way, just south of the Don CeSar Beach Resort on St. Pete Beach.
The seminars are a safe and confidential form in which to discuss the options available through Adoption ARK, and the services they provide. Adoption ARK is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3), Hague Accredited, international adoption agency that has facilitated hundreds of successful international adoptions for U.S. families. They have adoption programs in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Hungary and Azerbaijan. Some of the topics that will be covered during the seminar include the process for adopting from these countries, home study requirements, travel, and budgeting for international adoption.
