The adoption process with Adoption Ark was a breath of fresh air. You were straight up with us the whole time. You never lied to us or tried to sugar coat anything. Once we were in country your staff was highly professional and treated us well. The regional coordinator was wonderful and very, very good at her job.
Our daughter is a dream come true. You delivered way beyond our expectations. Being able to return to the same region where we have adopted before was great. The caretakers, the doctors and the Director were soooooo pleased to see Lauren again. She was the talk of the babyhouse while she was there. Even the Judge loved being able to see one of their children return. We can not thank you enough for all of your help. We would recommend you over and over again.
