Alex remains a joy. We are grateful each and every day to wake to him and spend the day with him. We would populate our whole house with children from the home in Prokopyevsk if we could afford it. We would like to go back for a sister.
I have been speaking Russian for nearly two years now; I use it every day and it makes a big difference. I studied Spanish over a period of 6 years and I know far more Russian than Spanish. I rarely speak English to Alex. He understands both languages extremely well. Two days ago he requested to study by himself on the computer with Rosetta Stone (Russian) on three separate occasions; today he studied on two separate occasions. He looks for ways to challenge himself. I could go on and on so I will stop. We recently vacationed in Fort Morgan, Alabama for four days. We rented a beach home in Fort Morgan. I enjoy fly fishing so I was in the Gulf of Mexico surf quite a bit. Alex loves the beach and the water.
Thanks,
